Access to and use of the 94bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform.

Age Requirement

94bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (d) the account poses a risk of financial loss to 94bd; or (e) continued operation of the account would be contrary to any applicable law or regulation.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 94bd account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, 94bd will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Once closed, a 94bd account cannot be reopened — if you wish to continue using the platform you must register a new account in compliance with the single-account policy.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Limitation on Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 94bd's total financial liability to any individual account holder — arising from any cause, including breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

94bd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the 94bd platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether 94bd had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
